Fake Rsnail?

Toxicrobby Here!~ Just wanted to share a picture of "Rsnail" the founder of Club Penguin! Just like the "Test Bobcity" I think this Testrsnail is just a random person trying to become popular on club penguin, but you never know! It might actually be a test bot and it might be trying to see if there are any bugs on the site! This penguin clearly states he is real! What do you guys think?
